From design phase consulting to final testing, including cutting, bending, flaring, internal cleaning, and marking, Sun Mac manages every stage of the tube processing process, providing customized solutions for a wide range of applications in the hydraulic sector.
Sun Mac has a cutting capacity of about 40,000 tubes per month processing diameters ranging from 6mm to 40mm and thicknesses up to 4mm, using automatic and manual CNC disc cutting machines.
The deburring process is essential to ensure that the tube cut is perfect, even, and free of burrs.
With CNC tube bending machines, Sun Mac can bend ferrous alloy tubes and pipes according to customer specifications, handling diameters from 6mm to 40mm and thicknesses up to 4mm.
Sun Mac’s tube bending machines can perform simple and multiple bends with fixed, variable, or combined radii, right or left. The machines are equipped with integrated CAD systems maintaining continuous communication between the technical office and the production department.
Through flaring, Sun Mac can prepare tube ends to fit any type of connection DIN 24°, JIC 37°, and ORFS 90°.
Using automatic or manual systems, Sun Mac applies labels or performs laser marking on finished pipes.
The cleaning of the tubes is made with compressed air as an integral part of the production process, and upon customer request, with the use of abrasive shot for internal cleaning. To provide extra protection during transport and storage, the tube ends can be sealed with plastic caps.
